WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME:

I have been doing hair since I can remember. Whether it was playing stylist and styling my baby sister’s hair or a friend before going out, it seems I’ve always had product on in my hands.

I started out just after finishing high school while I was in college. I was working reception at a salon for the extra money when I realized that what I was watching my coworkers doing looked not only fun, but important. I was watching transformations of these clients. Watching them see themselves for the first time in their new look or even just a refreshed look was exhilarating. I felt that was what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to be the one to bring satisfaction, excitement and a smile to their face.

Through a comprehensive consultation, I work with my clients to create a style that we both love. I don’t believe in merely satisfying a client, I want to excite them. I want them excited to spend time with me; I want them excited to strut out of the salon looking fabulous and I want them excited to show off their new look and about their return visit. I want them to think of my chair as an extension of their living room.

I have worked as a stylist in both print and film as well as various live events and look forward to future opportunities that I may have in those areas. I stay up on the latest fashion trends by taking classes, watching my mentors and continuously striving to hone my craft. I am of the mind that we never stop learning no matter how long you’ve been in your field or how old you are.
